摘要
为获得一种适用于公交车道、交叉路口等重载路段或具有特殊标识需求路段的高性能彩色半柔性路面。文中基于半柔性路面的2相组成材料——沥青混凝土基体骨架和水泥基灌浆材料,对这2相组成材料的颜色鲜艳度和性能,以及两者复合后形成的半柔性路面材料的路用性能进行分析。结果表明,水泥基灌浆材料中颜料最佳掺量为4%,脱色沥青混凝土基体骨架中颜料最佳掺量为2%。最终形成的彩色半柔性路面具有优异的色彩效果,同时路用性能也满足相关规范要求。
In order to obtain a high performance color semi-flexible pavement suitable for bus lanes,intersections and other heavy duty sections or sections with special signage requirements,the pavement performance of a kind of semi-flexible pavement material is analyzed,which is based on two phase composition materials of semi-flexible pavement,the asphalt concrete matrix and cement-based grout material.The color brilliance and performance of these two phase composition materials are studied.The results show that the optimum pigment content in cement-based grouting material is 4%,and the optimum pigment content in decolorized asphalt concrete matrix skeleton is 2%.The final color semi-flexible pavement has excellent color effect,and the road performance also meets the requirements of relevant specifications.
