摘要
由于寒冷地区昼夜温差大且常年干燥多风,道路受温度收缩影响极大,路面基层开裂现象严重。脱硫灰作为工业燃烧固体废料价格便宜,具有很大的回收利用价值,文中将脱硫灰应用于道路水泥稳定碎石基层,利用脱硫灰自身的膨胀性能来部分替代膨胀剂的作用。为探究复掺脱硫灰膨胀剂水稳碎石基层材料的收缩性能,通过对不同膨胀剂掺量、脱硫灰替代率的水泥稳定碎石材料进行干缩、温缩试验,分析其在不同配合比下的收缩性能变化。试验表明,水稳碎石材料随着膨胀剂、脱硫灰的掺入,干缩应变有所下降,脱硫灰部分替代膨胀剂时能够提高补偿收缩的能力。
Due to the large temperature difference between day and night in cold regions and the dry and windy conditions all the year round,the road is greatly affected by temperature shrinkage,resulting in serious cracking of the pavement base.Desulfurization ash,as a solid waste of industrial combustion,is cheap and has great recycling value.In this paper,desulfurization ash is applied to road cement stabilized crushed stone base,and its expansion performance is used to partially replace the role of expansion agent.In order to explore the shrinkage performance of cement stabilized macadam base material mixed with desulfurized ash expansive agent,dry shrinkage and temperature shrinkage tests are conducted on cement stabilized macadam materials with different amount of expansive agent and replacement rate of desulfurized ash to analyze their shrinkage performance changes under different mix proportions.The test shows that the dry shrinkage strain of water stabilized crushed stone decreases with the addition of expansion agent and desulfurization ash,and the ability of compensating shrinkage can be improved when desulfurization ash partially replaces the expansion agent.
