面向新型电力负荷管理的分层分区动态调控架构展望 被引量:9

摘要 随着“双碳”目标的提出,清洁能源的大比例接入,需求侧负荷资源管理、电力系统供需平衡方面被提出了更高的要求,新型电力负荷管理的发展愈加受到重视。文章依据“分区聚合、分层控制”的研究思想提出一种分层分区动态调控架构,支撑新型电力负荷管理系统的实现。首先阐述分层分区架构的发展需求及适用性,然后介绍分层分区动态调控的关键技术和应用,包括负荷可调节潜力分析方法、动态可调节负荷资源池管理及激励传导机制。最后进行分层分区动态调控架构的标准化建设,为未来提升电网运营水平、加快新型电力负荷管理系统的发展提供新思路。 With the proposal of the"double carbon"goal and the large-scale access of clean energy,higher requirements have been put forward in terms of demand side load resource management and power system supply-demand balance,the development of new power load management has attracted more and more attention.Based on the research idea of"self-organization and self-regulation"and the regulation concept of"partitioned aggregation and hierarchical control",this paper proposes a hierarchical and partitioned dynamic regulation architecture to support the implementation of a new power load management system.Firstly,this paper expounds the research status and development needs of hierarchical and partitioned architecture,and then introduces the key technologies and applications of improved hierarchical and partitioned dynamic regulation,including load adjustable potential analysis method,dynamic adjustable load resource pool management and incentive transmission mechanism.Finally,the standardized construction of hierarchical and partitioned dynamic regulation architecture is carried out,which provides new ideas for improving the operation level of power grid and accelerating the development of new power load management system in the future.
