摘要
以家用采暖炉具的换热器为研究对象,通过三维建模软件建模,应用CFD数值模拟分析在不同入口流速的工况下,换热管缠绕角度对壳侧流体流动和传热性能的影响。仿真分析结果表明:随着入口流速的增加,壳程流体混合程度更均匀,流体受到的阻力逐渐减小;在换热器高度一定时,相对于直管式换热器,绕管式换热器换热面积更大,换热性能更好。
In this paper,the heat exchanger of household heating stove was taken as the research object,and the three-dimensional modeling software was used to model,and the CFD numerical simulation was employed to analyze the effect of the heat exchange tube$s winding angle on the fluid flow and the shell side's heat transfer performance under the conditions of different inlet flow rates.The simulation analysis results show that,with the increase of the inlet flow rate,the mixing degree of the shell-side fluid becomes more uniform and the resistance against the fluid decreases gradually;when the heat exchanger height keeps constant,as compared to the straight tube heat exchanger,the wound tube heat exchanger$s heat exchange area increases and the heat exchange performance becomes better.
