摘要
某海洋修井机提升系统钢丝绳在一次振击作业时发生断裂,更换新钻井钢丝绳后,在作业后进行滑移钢丝绳更换作业检查时,再次发现钢丝绳出现多处不同位置、不同程度的变形情况。经对同规格、同类型天车海洋修井机进行提升系统检查,发现同样存在钢丝绳变形问题。针对钢丝绳断裂、变形情况频现的状况,对天车滑轮系统、井架结构、死绳固定器等进行了全面检查,分析出导致钢丝绳出现问题的本质原因,优化了天车滑轮系统的设计,并对天车滑轮系统进行了现场改制。改制后天车滑轮系统未再出现过钢丝绳断裂、变形等问题,改进效果良好,消除了海洋修井机提升系统设计不足,提高了提升系统作业安全性能。
The steel wire rope of the lifting system of an offshore workover rig broke during a shock operation.After it was replaced with a new drilling line,it was found again that the steel wire rope was deformed to varying degrees at different positions during the inspection of sliding line replacement after the operation.The inspection of the lifting system of the same specification and type as the crown-block offshore workover rig indicated that the deformation of the steel wire rope still exists.In view of the frequent fracture and deformation of the steel wire rope,a comprehensive inspection is carried out on the crown block pulley system,derrick structure,dead line anchor,etc.As a result,the root causes of the problems with the steel wire rope are obtained by analysis.On this basis,the design of the crown block pulley system is improved,and it is reconstructed on site.After the reconstruction,the crown block pulley system has no such problems as steel wire rope fracture and deformation,which means the improvement effect is good.The design defects of the lifting system of the offshore workover rig are overcome,and the safety performance of the lifting system is enhanced.
