摘要
随着社会经济的迅速发展,人们对于工程项目的质量、安全和进展等的要求也全面提高。对于建筑行业而言,项目管理方案充分实施和运用的重要性更为明显,因此有必要在施工管理中进行合理的方案开发和利用,划分明确的建设工程管理模式与职责,以保证房建精细化管理工作的顺利实施。在此基础上还要科学分配和利用既有资源,以全面优化施工方案,充实施工管理模式,达到有效预算并控制成本,进一步提高建筑施工企业的综合经济效益。将施工管理中的方案运用与精细化管理作为主要研究内容,并结合工程实例来重点阐述和分析。
With the rapid development of social economy,people's requirements for the quality,safety and progress of engineering projects have been improved.For the construction industry,the importance of the full implementation and use of project management programs is more obvious.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out reasonable program development and utilization in construction management,and divide clear construction project management mode and responsibilities to ensure the smooth implementation of housing construction refinement management.On this basis,it is also necessary to scientifically allocate and utilize existing resources to fully optimize the construction program,enrich the construction management model,achieve effective budgeting and cost control,and further improve the comprehensive economic benefits of building construction enterprises.In this paper,the program application and refinement management in construction management is the main research content,and combined with engineering examples to elaborate and analyze.
