摘要
原煤分选后有一定量的尾煤。由于分选工艺的原因,尾煤中含煤比例较高,具有一定的经济价值。为了提高资源的利用率,采用浮选工艺对尾煤进行了分选。简要分析了浮选工艺的原理和精煤产率的影响因素(主要包括煤粒粒径和灰分),并提出了浮选工艺优化策略,主要是对尾煤进行二次浮选。通过在铺龙湾煤矿选煤厂实践可以发现,在工艺优化后,尾煤的浮选精煤产率得到提高,灰分得到一定程度的降低,药剂的用量较少,提高了煤矿的经济效益。此次研究可以为尾煤的高效浮选提供一定的参考。
There is a certain amount of tail coal after raw coal sorting.Due to the separation technology,the proportion of coal in tail coal is higher,which has a certain economic value.In order to improve the utilization rate of resources,flotation process is used to separate tail coal.This paper briefly analyzed the principle of flotation process and influencing factors of cleaned coal yield,the influencing factors mainly include coal particle size and ash content and put forward the flotation process optimization strategy,mainly for secondary flotation of tail coal.It can be found that through the practice in the coal washing plant of Pulongwan Coal Mine after optimization,the floatation cleaned coal yield of tail coal was improved,the ash content was reduced to a certain extent,and the dosage of chemicals was less,which improved the economic benefits of the coal mine.This study can provide some reference for efficient flotation of tail coal.
