摘要
利用计算机辅助设计与制造集成技术,基于逆向工程,完成了一种防坠器的数字化设计与加工制造。根据给定的条件,采用逆向工程和数控自动编程方法,通过三维扫描、点云处理、模型封装、逆向建模、功能设计、工艺规划、数控编程、加工制造等过程,加工出防坠器实物。分析了原理与方法,指出了过程中的关键操作技能与知识点,并给出了技巧和经验。
The digital design and machining of a fall arrester was realized based on reverse engineering by the use of integrated computer-aided design and manufacturing technology.According to the given condition,the fall arrester is produced through the process of 3D scanning,point cloud processing,model packaging,reverse modeling,functional design,process planning,CNC programming,and machining and manufacturing by using reverse engineering and CNC automatic programming method.The principle and method were analyzed,the key operation skill,knowledge in process as well as experience were given.
