摘要
目的 观察盐酸舍曲林联合利培酮片治疗残留型精神分裂症的临床疗效。方法 选择2020年1月—2021年1月山东省临沂市精神卫生中心收治的残留型精神分裂症患者84例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组42例。对照组采取利培酮片治疗,观察组采取盐酸舍曲林片联合利培酮片治疗,2组患者均治疗2个月。比较2组患者临床疗效,治疗前后精神分裂症患者生活质量量表(SQLS)评分、阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分、认知功能简易智力量表(MMSE)评分及不良反应。结果 观察组患者总有效率为92.86%,高于对照组的76.19%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.459,P=0.034);治疗2个月后,2组患者物质生活、躯体功能、心理功能及社会功能评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);2组患者PANSS评分均低于治疗前,MMSE评分均高于治疗前,且观察组变化幅度大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);对照组与观察组患者不良反应总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(9.52%vs. 9.52%,P>0.05)。结论 盐酸舍曲林片联合利培酮片治疗残留型精神分裂症的效果较好,可以有效改善患者精神分裂症状及认知功能,提升患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of sertraline hydrochloride combined with risperidone tablets in the treatment of residual schizophrenia. Methods 84 patients with residual schizophrenia admitted to Linyi Mental Health Center of Shandong Province from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with risperidone tablets, and the observation group was treated with sertraline hydrochloride tablets combined with risperidone tablets, both groups were treated for 2 months. The clinical efficacy, SQLS score, PANSS score, MMSE score and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.86%, higher than 76.19% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.459,P=0.034);After 2 months of treatment, the scores of material life, physical function, psychological function and social function of patients in both groups were higher than those before treatment, and the scores of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.01);PANSS score of patients in both groups were lower than those before treatment, MMSE score were higher than those before treatment, and the change range in the observation group were greater than those in the control group, the difference were statistically significant(P<0.01);There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the control group and the observation group(9.52% vs. 9.52%, P>0.05). Conclusion Sertraline hydrochloride tablets combined with risperidone tablets has a good effect in the treatment of residual schizophrenia, which can effectively improve the schizophrenia symptoms and cognitive function of patients, and improve the quality of life of patients, it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
