摘要
棘球蚴病是畜牧地区常见的一种寄生虫病,严重危害了畜牧业生产和人体健康。棘球蚴病的检测是疾病防控和临床治疗的重要措施之一。本文综述了棘球蚴病检测技术的现状和研究进展。全面总结了病原学检测技术、影像学检测技术、免疫学检测技术以及分子生物学检测技术的优点与缺点,以期为棘球蚴病的快速检测和早期检测指明发展方向和提供科学指导。
Echinococcosis is a common parasitic disease that severely harms animal husbandry production and human health.The detection of Echinococcosis is an important measure for disease prevention and control,as well as clinical treatment.This article reviews the current status and research progress in Echinococcosis detection techniques.The advantages and disadvantages of etiological detection,imaging detection,immunological detection and molecular biological detection are summarized,to demonstrate the directions of development and provide scientific guidance for the early and rapid detection of Echinococcosis.
