摘要
随着国家经济转型、能源发展方式变化,特别是在电力建设市场竞争下,供电设计企业已置身于转型发展中。本文拟通过对供电设计企业转型调查,从“人、资源、文化”三要素出发,梳理制约企业转型发展的成因、问题与困难,探讨相应解决思路与办法。
With the transformation of national economy and the change of energy development mode,especially in the competition of electric power construction market,power supply design enterprises have been in the transformation and development.This paper intends to investigate the transformation of power supply design enterprises,starting from the three elements of'People,resources,culture',sort out the causes,problems and difficulties that restrict the transformation and development of enterprises,and explore relative solutions.
