^(60)Co-γ射线辐射对西瓜开花期及果实性状的影响 被引量:1

The effects of ^(60)Co-γradiation on watermelon anthesis and fruit properties

摘要 【目的】探索^(60)Co-γ射线辐射对西瓜开花期及果实性状的影响。【方法】选取不同质量的12个西瓜品种干种子为材料,设置6个剂量辐射处理,研究不同辐射剂量对西瓜种子开花期及果实性状的影响。【结果】当辐射剂量为600 Gy时,西瓜大、中种子品种开花期较对照(0 Gy)明显推迟,但对小种子品种无显著影响;600 Gy及以上辐射剂量对西瓜果实性状产生了显著(P<0.05)的抑制作用,其中大、小种子的辐射敏感性比中种子更强。【结论】随着辐射剂量的增大,^(60)Co-γ射线辐射对西瓜开花期及果实性状的抑制作用逐渐增强。西瓜种子适宜的^(60)Co-γ射线辐射剂量为400~600 Gy,不同质量西瓜种子的开花期及果实性状对^(60)Co-γ射线辐射的敏感性为:大种子>小种子>中种子。 【Objective】The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of ^(60)Co-γradiation on anthesis and fruit characters of watermelon.【Method】In this study,12 dry seeds of watermelon varieties with different quality were selected as materials,and 6 doses of radiation were set up to study the effects of different radiation doses on the flowering stage and fruit characteristics of watermelon.【Result】The results showed that when the radiation dose was 600 Gy,the anthesis of watermelon varieties with big and medium seeds was seriously delayed compared with the CK(0 Gy),while there was no significant effect on watermelon varieties with small seeds;when the radiation dose of and above 600 Gy,the radiation had a significant inhibitory effect on fruit properties of different watermelon varieties(P<0.05),and the radiation sensitivity of large and small seeds was stronger than that of medium seeds.【Conclusion】With the increase of radiation dose,the inhibitory effect of radiation on watermelon anthesis and fruit properties was enhanced gradually.The suitable radiation dose for different watermelon seeds was 400 Gy~600 Gy.As for different watermelon varieties,the sensitivity of anthesis and fruit properties to ^(60)Co-γradiation was large seeds>small seeds>medium seeds.
