电容式水凝胶传感器在现场作业风险监控设计中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 随着近些年变电站现场作业安全事故频发,使用三维可视化对变电站现场作业时电缆监控可有效降低事故发生率。目前用于三维可视化监控变电站现场作业电缆时的传感器传递效率底,无法有效监控电缆快速脉冲电压。研究生物基水凝胶传感器在现场作业风险监控设计中的应用。结果表明,当使用短电缆时,所设计的电容式水凝胶传感器的上升时间可以达到1.5 ns。增加低压臂的电容或电缆入口处的电阻将增加水凝胶传感器的时间常数,从而改善其低频损失;而长电缆将显著降低水凝胶传感器的高频响应和信号幅度。且该水凝胶传感器采用同轴结构设计时,适合于安装在二次水绝缘输电线路的内部高压电极上。可为三维可视化的变电站现场作业风险监控设计提供参考。 With the frequent occurrence of safety accidents at substation sites in recent years,the use of three-dimensional(3D)visualisation for monitoring cables during substation site operations can effectively reduce the incidence of accidents.However,the current sensors used for 3D visualisation to monitor the cables during substation field operations have a low transfer efficiency and cannot effectively monitor the fast pulse voltage of the cables.This paper therefore investigated the application of bio-based hydrogel sensors in the design of field operation risk monitoring.Experimental results showed that the designed capacitive hydrogel sensor could achieve a rise time of 1.5 ns when using short cables.Increasing the capacitance of the low voltage arm or the resistance at the cable entry increased the time constant of the hydrogel sensor,thus improving its low frequency losses.A long cable significantly reduced the high frequency response and signal amplitude of the hydrogel sensor.The hydrogel sensor was also suitable for installation on the internal high-voltage electrodes of a secondary water-insulated transmission line when designed with a coaxial structure.The results of the study can provide a reference for the design of three-dimensional visualisation of substation site operation risk monitoring.
