摘要
结合水壶壶盖带嵌件注塑成型要求,设计了1副假三板模具用于该塑件的成型。为解决塑件内壁螺纹凸筋的脱模,设置了2个定模先抽芯滑块机构。为解决塑件外壁的无斜度脱模,使用了一组哈弗滑块机构进行脱模。为解决塑件内壁圆环凹槽的脱模难题,使用了6个斜顶进行脱模。根据脱模机构的脱模动力需要,模具模架结构改进为假三板结构,分2次分型打开,第1次用于定模先抽芯滑块机构的驱动,第2次用于一组外壁成型哈弗滑块机构的驱动以及塑件从型腔中的脱出。嵌件使用机械手进行放置。模具结构布置合理,较好地实现了塑件的自动化生产。
According to the injection molding requirements of the kettle cover with insert,a set of false three plate mold was designed for the molding of the plastic part.In order to demould the threaded ribs on the inner wall of the plastic part,two sliding block mechanisms for core pulling of the fixed mold were set up.In order to demould the outer wall of the plastic part,a group of Half slider mechanisms were used.In order to demould the circular groove on the inner wall of the plastic part,6 inclined jacks were used for demoulding.To provide demoulding power,the mold base structure is improved to a pseudo three plate structure?which can be opened by two times of parting steps.In the first step,the core pulling slider mechanism of the fixed mold was driven,in the second step,a set of outer wall forming Half slider mechanisms were driven,and the plastic part was ejected from the cavity Half.Inserts are placed using a manipulator.The die structure layout is reasonable,and the automatic production of plastic parts is realized.
