摘要
针对某110 kV变压器遭受短路电流冲击后引起的绕组变形问题,分析直流电阻、介质损耗、电容量、短路阻抗等电气试验的测试原理和等效理论计算方式,并结合各项试验数据的变化,判断设备U相和V相绕组存在严重变形,且变形有累积效应和劣化趋势,解体后确认了该方法判断的准确性,同时确定遭受多次短路冲击后的变压器绕组的电磁线屈服强度降低是导致绕组变形的真正原因。
Aiming at the winding deformation caused by the short⁃circuit current impact of a 110 kV transformer,the test principle and equivalent theory calculation method of the electrical test such as DC resistance,dielectric loss,capacitance and short⁃circuit impedance are analyzed.Combined with the changes of various test data,it is concluded that the U phase and V phase of the equipment have serious deformation,and the deformation has a cumulative effect and a tendency of deterioration.The same conclusion is obtained by the deformation of transformer winding after disintegration,and it is also found that the real cause of winding deformation is the reduction of yield strength of electromagnetic wire of transformer winding after multiple short⁃circuit shocks.
