摘要
离子型稀土矿品位空间分布的准确估算是注液、收液工程和方案设计的关键。本文采用交叉证实法讨论了泛克里格法的六种变异函数、三种漂移函数的计算精度,考虑到离子型稀土品位具有明显的空间变异性,基于勘探孔位置,采用沃罗诺伊图法对开采区域进行分块,根据交叉证实法分析每一分块的最优变异函数和漂移函数,建立了离子型稀土品位空间分布和储量计算的变异函数自适应选择算法。结果表明,漂移函数对于计算结果影响较小,即稀土品位在空间上可以视为平稳变量;当整个矿块选择一种变异函数时,球状函数精度最高;相比选择单一的球状函数为变异函数,自适应选择算法的精度分别提高7.14%、5.45%、5.13%和8.45%。本文的方法可以为离子型稀土的开采提供高精度的稀土品位空间分布。
The accurate estimation of the grade spatial distribution of ion-adsorption type rare earth ores is the key to the injection and collection engineering and scheme design.In this paper,the calculation accuracy of six variation functions and three drift functions of the pan Kriging method is discussed by using the cross validation method.Considering that the ionic rare earth grade has obvious spatial variability,based on the location of exploration holes,the mining area is divided into blocks by using the Voronoi diagram method.According to the cross validation method,the optimal variation function and drift function of each block are analyzed.An unsteady and adaptive selection algorithm of variation function for the spatial distribution of ionic rare earth grade and reserve calculation is established.The results show that the drift function has little effect on the calculation results,that is,the rare earth grade can be regarded as a stationary variable in space.When a variation function is selected for the whole ore block,the spherical function has the highest accuracy.Compared with choosing a single spherical function as a variogram,the accuracy of the unsteady and adaptive selection algorithms is improved by 7.14%,5.45%,5.13%and 8.45%respectively.The method in this paper can provide high-precision spatial distribution of rare earth grade for the mining of ionadsorption type rare earth ores.
