摘要
随着互联网科技的飞速发展,移动医疗理念逐步得到普及。移动医疗是指通过使用移动通信技术提供医疗服务和信息,与传统医疗方式相比,具有信息化程度高,快反应、高效率,低成本,可衍生出多种服务类型等特点。神经外科作为一门重要的临床重症及手术学科,传统的教学手段已难以满足学科的教学实践需求。将移动医疗融合到现实的神经外科教学实践中,可以充分提升医学生的学习热情,调动医学生的学习积极性,进而提高医学生学习效率,取得良好的教学效果。文章从教学平台建设、基础理论教学、临床操作教学、科研能力培养等方面,积极探索了移动医疗在神经外科教学中所发挥的作用。同时指出移动医疗在神经外科教学中的应用还存在体系结构不完善、移动医疗APP资源不多且效果不佳、临床学员知晓度高但使用率不高等诸多问题,有待进一步发展和解决。
With the rapid development of Internet technology,the concept of mobile medicine has been gradually popularized.Mobile medicine refers to the use of mobile communication technology to provide medical services and information.Compared with traditional medical methods,it has the characteristics of high degree of informatization,fast response,high efficiency,low cost,and can derive a variety of service types.Neurosurgery is an important clinical and surgical specialty.And nowadays the traditional teaching methods can not meet the needs of teaching practice.Integrating mobile medicine into the actual neurosurgery teaching practice can greatly stimulate students'interest in learning,improve students'subjective initiative,and achieve twice the result with half the effort in learning efficiency.In this paper,we aimed to explore the role of mobile medicine in neurosurgery teaching from the aspects of teaching platform construction,basic theory teaching,clinical operation teaching and scientific research ability training.Meanwhile,it is pointed out that there are still many problems in the application of mobile medicine in neurosurgery teaching,such as imperfect architecture,few mobile medical app resources and poor effect,high awareness but low utilization rate of clinical students,which need to be further developed and solved.
