摘要
目的:分析PICC导管联合便携式化疗泵在胃肠道恶性肿瘤中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年8月~2020年8月本院诊治的76例胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者开展本次试验研究,将所有患者随机均分为对照组38例和观察组38例。对照组给予静脉留置针联合传统重力输液治疗,观察组给予PICC导管联合便携式化疗泵治疗,比较两组静脉炎及化疗不良反应发生率。结果:与对照组静脉炎发生率21.05%相比,观察组5.26%明显偏低(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率15.79%明显低于对照组的39.47%(P<0.05)。结论:给予胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者PICC导管联合便携式化疗泵化疗能够有效预防患者发生静脉炎,不良反应发生概率显著降低。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of PICC catheter combined with portable chemotherapy pump in gastrointestinal malignant tumors.Methods:A total of 76 patients with gastrointestinal malignancies diagnosed and treated in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected for this experimental study.All patients were randomly divided into a control group of 38 cases and an observation group of 38 cases.The control group was given intravenous indwelling needle combined with traditional gravity infusion therapy,and the observation group was given PICC catheter combined with portable chemotherapy pump to compare the incidence of phlebitis and chemotherapy adverse reactions between the two groups.Results:Compared with the 21.05%incidence of phlebitis in the control group,5.26%of the observation group was significantly lower(P<0.05);The adverse reaction rate of 15.79%in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group 39.47%(P<0.05).Conclusion:The PICC catheter combined with portable chemotherapy pump chemotherapy for patients with gastrointestinal malignant tumors can effectively prevent the occurrence of phlebitis in patients,and the probability of adverse reactions is significantly reduced.
