摘要
目的:探讨和研究基于集中管理理念的消毒供应中心手术器械管理效果。方法:将2022年1月~2022年6月实施集中管理理念消毒供应中心的手术器械及管理人员作为观察组,2021年7月~2021年12月实施常规管理流程及方法作为对照组。评价并统计回收合格率值、清洗合格率值、消毒合格率值、灭菌合格率值、工作质量评分情况,计算手术器械总满意率值。结果:观察组抽查结果中回收合格率值98.10%、清洗合格率值99.40%、消毒合格率值99.19%、灭菌合格率值99.51%和对照组抽查结果中的回收合格率值90.01%、清洗合格率值90.07%、消毒合格率值90.16%、灭菌合格率值90.12%相比较有比较大幅度的提升,管理改善效果显著(P<0.05)。观察组工作人员工作质量评分情况好于对照组工作人员,其中观察组专业技能评分值、清洗流程评分值、器械准备评分值分别和对照组专业技能评分值、清洗流程评分值、器械准备评分值相比较有较高幅度的提升,提升幅度明显(P<0.05)。经过管理后观察组手术器械总满意率值98.44%和对照组手术器械总满意率值85.94%相比较有较为明显的提升,其中观察组非常满意占比值以及比较满意占比值均较对照组非常满意占比值以及比较满意占比值高,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:医院消毒供应中心实施集中管理理念管理方法后手术器械管理效果得到显著提升,有助于促进消毒供应中心的工作人员工作质量以及手术器械满意度的提高。
Objective:To discuss and study the management effect of surgical instruments in the disinfection supply center based on the concept of centralized management.Methods:The surgical instruments and managers who implemented the centralized management concept disinfection supply center from January 2022 to June 2022 were used as the observation group,and the routine management procedures and methods were implemented from July 2021 to December 2021 as the control group.Evaluate and count the recovery pass rate value,cleaning pass rate value,disinfection pass rate value,sterilization pass rate value,and work quality score,and calculate the total satisfaction rate of surgical instruments.Results:In the random inspection results of the observation group,the recovery pass rate value was 98.10%,the cleaning pass rate value was 99.40%,the disinfection pass rate value was 99.19%,the sterilization pass rate value was 99.51%,and the recovery pass rate value in the random inspection results of the control group was 90.01%.Compared with the value of 90.07%,the qualified rate of disinfection was 90.16%,and the qualified rate of sterilization was 90.12%,the management improvement effect was significant(P<0.05).The work quality score of the staff in the observation group was better than that of the staff in the control group,among which the scores of professional skills,cleaning process,and instrument preparation in the observation group were different from those in the control group.Compared with the higher degree of improvement,the improvement rate is obvious(P<0.05).After management,the total satisfaction rate of surgical instruments in the observation group was 98.44%,which was significantly improved compared with the total satisfaction rate of surgical instruments in the control group,which was 85.94%.Among them,the percentage of very satisfied and relatively satisfied in the observation group were both very satisfied than those in the control group.The proportion value and the relatively satisfied proportion value were high,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:After the hospital disinfection supply center implements the centralized management concept management method,the management effect of surgical instruments is significantly improved,which helps to promote the work quality of the staff in the disinfection supply center and the satisfaction of surgical instruments.
