摘要
目的 探究艾斯西酞普兰联合电针治疗对抑郁症患者神经、认知功能的影响。方法 选取抑郁症患者100例,随机将其分为观察组与对照组,各50例。2组均给予抗抑郁药物治疗,观察组同时联合电针治疗。观察并记录2组患者的疗效、神经功能、认知功能、5-羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)水平及神经元PAS域蛋白4(recombinant neuronal PAS domain protein 4,Npas4)水平的变化。结果 治疗后,观察组有效率(92.0%)显著高于对照组(68.0%)(P<0.05);2组患者的神经功能指标均明显好转(P<0.05),且观察组的脑源性神经营养因子(brain-derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF)水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),人神经元特异性烯醇化酶(human neuron-specific enolase,NSE)、S100钙结合蛋白B重组蛋白(recombinant S100 calcium binding protein B,S-100B)水平较对照组降低(P<0.05);观察组的认知水平较同期对照组更高(u=2.530,P<0.05);治疗后2组患者的5-TH水平均明显升高(P<0.05),且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2组患者的Npas4水平均显著升高(P<0.05),且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 艾斯西酞普兰联合电针治疗抑郁症可明显改善患者的神经及认知功能,提高5-HT、Npas4水平,改善临床症状及疗效。
Objective To explore the effect of escitalopram combined with electroacupuncture on neurological and cognitive function in patients with depression.Methods A total of 100 patients with depression were randomly divided into observation group(n=50)and control group(n=50).The both groups were treated with antidepressant drugs,and the observation group was additionaly treated with electroacupuncture.The curative effect,neurological function,cognitive function,5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)level and recombinant neuronal PAS domain protein 4(Npas4)level were observed and recorded.Results After treatment,the effective rate in the observation group(92.0%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(68.0%),(P<0.05);the neurological function indicators of the 2 groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)level in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the human neuron-specific enolase(NSE)and the recombinant S100 calcium binding protein B(S-100B)levels were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the cognitive level in the observation group was higher than that in the concurrent control group(u=2.530,P<0.05);the 5-TH level in the 2 groups was significantly increased after treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the Npas4 level in the 2 groups was significantly elevated(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For clinical depression patients,electroacupuncture combined with escitalopram treatment can significantly improve neurological and cognitive function levels,increase the 5-HT and Npas4 levels,and improve the clinical symptoms and efficacy.
