“00后”大学生生涯适应力现状及生涯教育启示 被引量:1

摘要 生涯适应力是个体应对当前或预期生涯任务、生涯转变或生涯困境时的心理资源,对个体生涯发展具有重要意义。采用CAAS-CF量表,实证调研586位“00后”大学生,结果显示:“00后”大学生生涯适应水平偏低,整体协调水平不高;“00后”大学生学生干部实践经历对生涯适应力发展具有正向影响。“00后”大学生生涯适应力发展需构建有力支持系统,高校要整合资源,发挥主导作用;全社会要协同配合,深度参与;大学生应转变生涯思维方式,树立正确的生涯发展观。 Career adaptability is the psychological resource for individuals to deal with current or expected career tasks,career changes or career difficulties,which is of great significance for individual career development.CAAS-CF scale was used to investigate 586 Post-00s college students,the results showed that the overall coordination career adaptability of post-00s college students is not high,while the career adaptability is low.The independent practice experience has an positive influence on the development of career adaptability.In order to further improve the career adaptability of Post-00 college students,universities should adopt measures to local conditions and integrate resources;the whole society should cooperate and be deeply involved;college students should change their way of thinking and establish a correct career development concept.
