摘要
选用双组分水性环氧树脂为胶黏剂,速生桉木单板为基材,热压制备结构用桉木单板层积材。采用单因素试验法研究了施胶量、热压温度、热压时间、热压压力对水性环氧树脂单板层积材弹性模量、静曲强度、水平剪切强度、含水率和浸渍剥离率等物理力学性能的影响。结果表明:水性环氧树脂以水为分散剂,在木质单板表面延展性良好。当施胶量为230 g/m^(2),热压温度为120℃,热压时间为1.0 min/mm,热压压力为2 MPa时,单板层积材各项性能较优,符合GB/T20241—2006《单板层积材》要求。提出的以水性环氧树脂为胶黏剂的层积材制备工艺适合工业化生产,产品力学性能优良且无醛/低醛释放,绿色环保,具有积极的推广意义。
Two-component water-based epoxy resin was used as adhesive and fast-growing eucalyptus veneer was used as substrate.The effects of sizing amount,hot pressing temperature,hot pressing time and hot pressing pressure on the physical and mechanical properties of waterborne epoxy veneer laminated material such as elastic modulus,static bending strength,horizontal shear strength,water content and impregnation and stripping rate were investigated by single factor test.The results showed that the water-based epoxy resin has good ductility on the surface of wood veneer with water as dispersant.When the sizing volume was 230 g/m^(2),the hot pressing temperature was 120℃,the hot pressing time was 1.0 min/mm,and the hot pressing pressure was 2 MPa,the properties of laminated veneer were excellent,which was in line with GB/T 20241-2006"Laminated veneer".In this study,the preparation process of laminated material with water-based epoxy resin as adhesive was suitable for industrial production,with excellent mechanical properties and no aldehyde/low aldehyde release,green and environmental protection,and showed positive promotion significance.
