摘要
运用逻辑分析法、个案研究法等,剖析北京冬奥会场馆功能转型方向与挑战,并提出转型路径。北京冬奥会场馆功能转型方向:以竞技功能为主导,积极服务全民健身;以多元经营为依托,推动冰雪产业链升级;以冰雪文化为引领,释放奥运遗产红利;以冰雪旅游为特色,赋能区域协同发展。转型挑战:缺乏落地方案影响功能转型效果,运行条件约束影响功能转型效率,技术要求复杂影响功能转型成本,业态融合短板影响功能转型基础。转型路径:推进宏观政策落地,实现场馆红利互融共享;满足群众冰雪需求,促进冰雪文化空间塑造;注重竞技功能实现,提供国际水准场馆保障;实现整体性布局,构建场馆产业发展体系。
By using the methods of logical analysis and case study,this paper analyzed the direction and challenges of the functional transformation of the Beijing Winter Olympic venues,and put forward the transformation path.Functional transformation direction of the Beijing Winter Olympic venues:It is dominated by competitive function to actively serve national fi tness,relies on diversifi ed operation to promote the upgrading of the ice and snow industry chain,takes ice and snow culture as the lead to release the Olympic legacy dividend,and features ice and snow tourism to enable regional collaborative development.Transformation challenges:Its lack of landing plan affects the effect of functional transformation,the constraints of operating conditions affect the effi ciency of functional transformation,the complexity of technical requirements affects the cost of functional transformation,and the weakness of business mode integration affects the basis of functional transformation.Transformation path:We should promote the implementation of macro policies to realize the mutual integration and sharing of venue dividends,meet people's demand for ice and snow sports to enhance the space shaping of ice and snow culture,focus on the realization of competitive functions to provide international standard venues,and realize the overall layout to build the venue industry development system.
