摘要
从心理健康教育与咨询的视角对后疫情时代地方本科高校的毕业生就业心理进行问卷调查,结果显示,焦虑、抑郁、从众、功利是大学生就业心理困境主要表现.对社会、学校、家庭、人格因素进行归因分析,提出拓宽就业渠道、高校全员参与、积极引导学生、提高综合素质、鼓励自主创业五个方面的有效应对策略.
From the perspective of mental health education and consultation,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey on the employment psychology of local university graduates in the post-epidemic era.The results show that anxiety,depression,conformity and utilitarianism are the main manifestations of college students’psychological difficulties in employment.The attribution analysis was conducted from the factors of society,school,family and personality and suggested five effective coping strategies,including expanding employment channels,full participation of college staff,active employment guidance,improving comprehensive quality and encouraging self-employment to improve the employment psychology of college students.
