摘要
空气源热泵直凝式地板辐射供暖系统,直接将制冷剂导入房间地板的毛细管中进行冷凝放热,减少了中间的能量传递环节,系统简单,且具有较好的节能性。但由于刚供入地板的制冷剂处于过热状态,地板表面会出现局部温度过高的现象,在实际应用中也发现了这个问题。结合理论计算、数值模拟和现场实测的方法,对地板过热段的传热特性进行了研究。结果发现,过热段长度约占毛细管总长度的5%,散热量占总散热量的20%左右。针对过热段影响区域温度过高的问题,提出了增加地板热阻、增加相变材料进行蓄热和降低压缩机排气温度3项改善措施,可有效降低该区域地板表面温度,改善热舒适性以及延长地板的使用寿命。
The air source heat pump direct condensing floor radiant heating system supplies refrigerant directly into the capillary tube in the room floor for condensation and heat release,which reduces the intermediate energy transfer link.The system is simple and has good energy efficiency.However,due to the fact that the refrigerant is overheating after it is supplied into the floor,local temperature of the floor surface will be too high.This problem is found in practical application.Heat transfer characteristics of the overheating section of the floor are studied by combining theoretical calculation,numerical simulation and field test.The results show that the length of the overheating section accounts for about 5%of the total capillary length,and the heat release accounts for about 20%of the total heat release.To solve the problem of high temperature in the area affected by overheating,three improvement measures are proposed,including increasing the thermal resistance of the floor,adding the phase change material for heat storage and reducing the compressor discharge temperature.These measures can effectively reduce the surface temperature of the floor,improve the thermal comfort and prolong the life of the floor.
