摘要
取消高速公路省界收费站后,全国高速公路形成了收费“一张网”。在新收费模式下,高速公路运营单位对清分结算的准确性和及时性要求越来越高,针对基于目前清分结算业务存在的难点问题,设计一套高速公路联网收费结算对账核账信息化平台,保障收费数据的准确拆分结算,提升运营单位智能化管理水平。
After the cancellation of provincial toll stations on expressways,a"network"of toll collection has been formed on expressways across the country.Under the new toll mode,expressway operating units have increasingly high requirements for the accuracy and timeliness of clearing and settlement.Based on the difficulties existing in the clearing and settlement business at present,this paper designs a set of expressway network toll settlement reconciliation information platform to ensure the accurate splitting and settlement of toll data and improve the intelligent management level of the operating units.
