荷载与海水环境耦合作用下钢筋混凝土梁的抗弯性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过对普通钢筋混凝土梁进行前期加载和海水干湿循环试验,使试验梁发生接近实际结构的机械与钢筋锈蚀耦合损伤,并对耦合损伤试验梁进行了抗弯加载试验。结果表明:耦合损伤梁的破坏形态均为适筋破坏;损伤度越高,耦合损伤试验梁的钢筋屈服越早,裂缝发展及顶部混凝土破坏过程相对越快,其屈服荷载、抗弯承载力、刚度退化也越明显;随着荷载的增加,耦合损伤试验梁的刚度退化速度和幅度也越明显。结合耦合损伤梁试验数据,对普通梁抗弯承载力、刚度理论计算公式的相关参数进行了拟合修正,推导出了耦合损伤试验梁的抗弯承载力和刚度计算公式。 Through pre-loading and seawater dry-wet cycle tests on ordinary reinforced concrete beams,the test beams had mechanical and steel corrosion coupling damage close to the actual structure,and the flexural loading test of the coupled-damaged test beams was carried out.The results show that the failure modes of coupled-damaged beams are all suitable reinforcement failures.The higher the damage degree of the test beam,the earlier the reinforcement yielded,the faster the crack development and the top concrete failure process,the yield load,flexural bearing capacity and stiffness of the test beam degenerate obviously.As the load increases,the rate and magnitude of stiffness degradation become obvious.In addition,combined with the test datas of coupled-damaged beams,the relevant parameters of the theoretical calculation formulas of flexural bearing capacity and stiffness of ordinary beams are fitted and revised.The calculation formulas of flexural bearing capacity and stiffness of beams with coupling damage of load and seawater environment are deduced.
