排水管网及隐患信息系统关键技术研究与实现

摘要 以武汉市为例,探索了排水管网及隐患信息系统建设的总体框架、功能模块设计和关键技术,制定了排水管网及隐患数据标准、研究了数据动态更新机制、实现了排水管网及隐患数据的分级调度、建立了隐患消隐工作机制,研发了排水管网及隐患信息系统,该系统的建设为提高排水管网信息化管理水平提供了参考。 Taking Wuhan City as an example,the overall framework,functional module design and key technologies of the construction of the drainage pipeline and vulnerabilities information system were explored,the drainage pipeline and vulnerabilities data standards were formulated,the dynamic updating mechanism of the data was studied.It has realized the hierarchical scheduling of drainage pipeline and vulnerabilities data,established a vulnerabilities elimination mechanism,and developed a drainage pipeline and vulnerabilities information system.The construction of this system is conducive to improving the level of information management of the drainage pipeline and has certain significance.
