涂装废水漆雾絮凝剂的研究进展

摘要 近年来,随着科技和经济的发展,人民生活水平日益提高,我国汽车保有量大幅提升,汽车产业飞速发展。高速发展的汽车产业带来了大量的涂装废水,严重危害了人类身体健康和生态环境。总结了近年来国内外涂装废水漆雾絮凝剂研究进展。相关研究通过对传统破黏剂(A剂)和絮凝剂(B剂)进行改性,调节使用条件,提高漆雾絮凝剂的絮凝效果。常用的A剂一般以三聚氰胺和甲醛为原料进行制备,B剂一般为改性的聚丙烯酰胺,当两者投放比控制在1∶1~1∶2之间时,漆雾去除效果最佳。现阶段漆雾絮凝剂的漆雾去除效果基本可以达到96%左右。 In recent years,with the development of science-technology and economy,people's living standards are improving day by day,China's automobile ownership is increasing significantly,and the automobile industry is developing rapidly.The rapid development of automobile industry has brought a large amount of coating wastewater,which seriously endangers human health and ecological environment.In this paper,the research progress of paint mist flocculant for coating wastewater at home and abroad in recent years was summarized.Relevant researches have improved the flocculation effect of paint mist flocculant by modifying the traditional viscosity breaker(agent A)and flocculant(agent B),adjusting the service conditions.The commonly used agent A is generally prepared with melamine and formaldehyde as raw materials,and agent B is generally modified polyacrylamide.When the dosage ratio of the two is controlled between 1∶1 and 1∶2,the paint mist removal effect is the best.At present,the paint mist removal effect of paint mist flocculant can basically reach about 96%.
