摘要
防爆蓄电池单轨吊车车载控制系统是根据煤矿井下运输环境的要求进行设计,主要用于煤矿井下运输设备的过程控制。从防爆蓄电池单轨吊车车载智能控制系统的设计开发背景入手,重点介绍了系统的原理及组成、电气功能、系统功能、算法模式等方面,系统设计符合标准要求,实现了防爆蓄电池单轨吊车车载系统的智能化。
The explosion-proof battery monorail crane on-board control system is designed according to the requirements of the underground transportation environment in coal mines,mainly used for process control of underground transportation equipment in coal mines.Starting from the design and development background of the intelligent control system for explosion-proof battery monorail cranes,this article focuses on introducing the principle and composition,electrical functions,system functions,algorithm modes,and other aspects of the system.The system design meets the standard requirements and realizes the intelligence of the explosion-proof battery monorail crane on-board system.
