种鹅饲粮添加茶多酚对1日龄雏鹅抗氧化能力和血清生化指标的影响 被引量:5

Effects of Adding Tea Polyphenols in Breeding Goose Diets on Antioxidant Capacity and Serum Biochemical Indexes of Goslings at 1-Day Age

摘要 试验旨在探究种鹅饲粮添加茶多酚对雏鹅抗氧化能力和机体健康状况的影响。选取健康的30月龄狮头种鹅216只,随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复12只种鹅(公:母=1:5)。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂含有500 mg·kg^(-1)和750 mg·kg^(-1)茶多酚的试验饲粮,试验期5周(预试期1周,正试期4周)。饲喂结束后收集种蛋进行孵化,种蛋孵化后每组选取12只1日龄、体重相近的雏鹅进行剖杀采样,测定相关指标。结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,500 mg·kg^(-1)和750 mg·kg^(-1)茶多酚组血清总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性显著提高(P<0.05),500 mg·kg^(-1)茶多酚组血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著提高(P<0.05),750 mg·kg^(-1)茶多酚组丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05),但各组间血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性无显著变化(P>0.05)。(2)与对照组相比,500 mg·kg^(-1)茶多酚组血清胆固醇(TC)和三酰甘油(TG)含量均显著降低(P<0.05),750 mg·kg^(-1)茶多酚组血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性显著降低(P<0.05),但各组间血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)和天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)活性及血糖(GLU)、白蛋白(ALB)、球蛋白(GLB)的含量均无显著差异(P>0.05)。(3)与对照组相比,750 mg·kg^(-1)茶多酚组空肠GSH-Px活性显著升高(P<0.05),500 mg·kg^(-1)和750 mg·kg^(-1)茶多酚组空肠MDA的含量显著下降(P<0.05),但各组间空肠T-AOC、T-SOD活性无显著差异(P>0.05)。综上,种鹅饲粮添加茶多酚可以提高1日龄雏鹅血清和肠道抗氧化能力并调节机体脂质代谢,其中750 mg·kg^(-1)剂量相对效果最好。 The purpose of this experiment was to explore the effects of tea polyphenols added to breeding goose diets on the antioxidant capacity and body health of goslings.A total of 216 healthy 30-month-old breeding geese were selected and randomly divided into three groups,with six replicates in each group and 12 breeding geese in each replicate(male􀏑female=1􀏑5).The control group was fed a basal diet,and the experimental groups were fed the experimental diet supplemented with 500 mg·kg^(-1) and 750 mg·kg^(-1) tea polyphenols,respectively.The experimental period was five weeks(including the 1-week pre-feeding period and four-week formal test period).After the test,the breeding eggs were collected for hatching.After hatching,12 of 1-day age goslings with similar body weight were selected for slaughter and sampling in each group.The total test period was 65 days.The results showed as the followings:①Compared with the control group,the serum total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)activity in the 500 mg·kg^(-1) and 750 mg·kg^(-1) tea polyphenols groups was significantly increased(P<0.05);the serum total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)in 500 mg·kg^(-1) tea polyphenols group was significantly increased(P<0.05);the serum malondialdehyde(MDA)content in 750 mg·kg^(-1) tea polyphenols group was significantly decreased(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the serum glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activity among the groups(P>0.05).②Compared with the control group,the serum total cholesterol(TC)and triglyceride(TG)contents in the 500 mg·kg^(-1) tea polyphenols group were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The serum lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)activity content in 750 mg·kg^(-1) tea polyphenols group was significantly decreased(P<0.05).However,there were no significant difference in the serum alanine transaminase(ALT)and aspartate aminotrans-ferase(AST)activities,as well as serum glucose(GLU),albumin(ALB)and globulin(GLB)contents among the groups(P>0.05).③Compared with the control group,the jejunal GSH-Px activity in 750 mg·kg^(-1) tea polyphenols group was significantly increased(P<0.05),the jejunal MDA content in 500 mg·kg^(-1) and 750 mg·kg^(-1) tea polyphenols group were significantly decreased(P<0.05).However,there were no significant difference in the jejunal T-AOC and T-SOD activity among the groups(P>0.05).To sum up,breeding geese were fed diets supplemented with tea polyphenols could improve the serum and intestinal antioxidant capacity,and regulate body lipid metabolism of 1-day age goslings.Among them,the 750 mg·kg^(-1) had more significant effects.
