摘要
文章以泉州医学高等专科学校针灸推拿专业为例,基于高校与医院合作的办学特色,通过深入调查和分析医院、指导老师、学徒三大主体要素在“师带徒制”人才培养过程中的情况,同时通过对比“师带徒制”教学班和“非师带徒制”平行1、2班的学习成绩、技能考核成绩等情况,分析学生培养效果,探索“师带徒制”人才培养模式。经过研究显示,高校与医院合作的“师带徒制”人才培养模式结合了师承教育与院校教育的优势,提高了针灸推拿专业人才的培养质量,值得推广与应用。
Taking the acupuncture and massage specialty of Quanzhou Medical College as an example,based on the school running characteristics of cooperation by colleges and hospitals,through in-depth investigation and analysis of the situation of hospitals,instructors and apprentices in the process of“teacher led apprenticeship system”talent training,and by comparing the learning results and skill assessment results of“teacher led apprenticeship system”teaching classes and“non teacher led apprenticeship system”parallel classes 1 and 2,analyze the training effect of students and explore the talent training mode of“teacher led apprenticeship system”.The research result shows that the“teacher led apprentice system”talent training mode based on the cooperation of colleges and hospitals combines the advantages of teacher education and college education,improves the training quality of acupuncture and massage specialty,and is worth promoting and applying.
