温时凝胶堵漏剂ZND-9A室内评价研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对现有聚合物凝胶材料在应用中溶解溶胀速度快、成胶时间难控制、抗高温能力不足等问题,评价分析了一种温时凝胶堵漏剂,开展了常温泵送性、二次增黏特性、高温成胶性、砂床封堵性、气体运移评价分析。室内评价结果表明:温时凝胶堵漏剂抗160℃高温,满足地面配制与泵送要求,可在高温作用下发生二次交联,强化凝胶结构强度,黏度值可达35 000 mPa·s以上。当凝胶体结构黏度大于25 000 mPa·s时,可有效封堵20~40目(0.38~0.83 mm)砂床。同时,由于凝胶体内部结构强度高,可在一定程度上阻碍气体上窜速度。因此,温时凝胶堵漏剂可用于高温复杂深井井漏治理,实现漏层封隔,有效提高复杂深井堵漏成功率。 Aiming at the problems existing in the application of polymer gel materials,such as fast dissolution and swelling,difficult control of gelation time,and insufficient high-temperature resistance,a kind of temperature-time gel plugging agent was evaluated and analyzed through the evaluation of pumping property at room temperature,secondary viscosity increasing property,high temperature gelling property,sand bed plugging property and gas migration.The indoor evaluation results showed that the temperature-time gel plugging agent could resist the high temperature of 160℃,meeting the requirements of ground preparation and pumping,could produce secondary crosslinking at high temperature to strengthen the structural strength of gel,and the viscosity value was more than 35000 m Pa·s.When the structural viscosity of the gel was greater than 25000 m Pa·s,the 20~40 mesh(0.38~0.83 mm)sand bed could be effectively blocked.At the same time,due to the high strength of the internal structure of the gel,the gas migration speed could be hindered to a certain extent.Therefore,the temperature-time gel plugging agent can be used for high temperature complex deep wells to control lost circulation,achieve leakage layer isolation,and effectively improve the success rate of plugging in the complex deep wells.
