摘要
县域教育是办高质量教育、人民满意教育的基础,具有重要意义。在我国国情下,县域教育发展迎来国家宏观战略牵引和优先发展教育两方面的利好机遇。但实践中,县域教育还面临资源配置、能力建设、主体发展、效果监测四个维度的挑战。因此,实现县域教育高质量发展应从四个维度努力:资源配置上重视“两个着力”;能力建设上做到“两个发力”;主体发展上做到“两个关注”;效果监测上做到“两个注重”。
The quality of the county education is the foundation of running high-quality and peoplesatisfied education,which is of great significance.In the context of China's national conditions,the development of county education ushers in favorable opportunities in both national macro strategic traction and priority development of education.However,in practice,county education still faces challenges from four dimensions,namely resource allocation,capacity building,subject development,and effect monitoring.Therefore,efforts should be made in parallel to achieve high-quality development of county education,including attaching importance to"two efforts"in resource allocation and capacity building,achieving"two concerns"in subject development and effect monitoring.
