摘要
学生信息安全保障既是教育事业数字化发展的必经之路,也是教育评价数字化转型必须考虑的重要问题。从应然层面来讲,学生信息安全保障具有维护学生基本权利的法理价值,内含规范科学技术伦理的道德意义,也是教育评价数字化转型的本体诉求。就实然层面而言,当前我国教育评价数字化转型过程中存在数字化技术与数字化伦理两种风险类型,学生信息安全保障意识淡薄、相关法律法规更新迟缓、监管主体责任义务模糊、教育评价技术存有缺陷等是数字化教育评价转型中学生信息安全面临风险的主要原因。加强学生信息安全保障需要从四个方面重点着力:提升数字素养,树立学生信息安全保障的意识自觉;完善相关立法,明确学生信息安全保障的法理依据;健全监管体系,确保学生信息安全保障的风险防范;夯实评价技术,制定学生信息安全保障的工具标准。
The security of students’information is both a necessary path for the digital development of education and an important issue that must be considered in the digital transformation of educational evaluation.On the contingent level,the security of students’information has the legal value of safeguarding students'basic rights,and contains the moral significance of regulating the ethics of science and technology,which is also the ontological demand of the digital transformation of educational evaluation.From the actual level,the current practice of students’information security guarantee in the process of digital transformation of education evaluation in China is still immature,and there are difficulties such as lagging development of national digital literacy,weak awareness of students’information security guarantee,slow update of relevant laws and regulations,lack of basis for students’information security guarantee,defective education evaluation technology,weak foundation of students’information security guarantee,vague responsibility and obligation of supervisory bodies,and weak action of students’information security guarantee.The plight of the weakness of the main responsibility of supervision and the weak action of students’information security protection.To strengthen student information security in the context of digital transformation of educational evaluation,it is necessary to focus on enhancing digital literacy and establishing consciousness of students’information security,improving relevant legislation and clarifying legal basis of students’information security,consolidating evaluation technology and formulating tool standards of students’information security,and improving supervision system and ensuring risk prevention of student information security.
