摘要
目的探究经典型霍奇金淋巴瘤组织中COX-2、fascin蛋白表达水平及其与预后的相关性。方法选取经典型霍奇金淋巴瘤患者50例,采用免疫组化法检测组织COX-2、fascin蛋白表达水平,结合患者临床及随访资料分析COX-2、fascin蛋白表达与预后的相关性。结果COX-2阳性表达者42例(84%),fascin阳性表达者44例(88%)。将患者的临床特征分别与COX-2、fascin表达进行分析比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。50例CHL患者中,截止到随访结束有19例死亡患者,3年OS率为62%。COX-2、fascin表达阳性的OS率明显低于阴性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素分析结果显示,COX-2阳性、fascin阳性是影响CHL患者3年OS预后独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论CHL组织中COX-2、fascin蛋白均呈高表达,且与CHL患者的预后相关,对CHL患者的预后具有一定判断作用。
Objective To investigate the protein expression levels of COX-2 and fascin in typical Hodgkin's lymphoma tissue and their correlation with the prognosis.Methods 50 patients with typical Hodgkin's lymphoma were selected and immunohistochemical methods were used to detect protein expression levels of COX-2 and fascin in fascin,and the correlation between protein expression of COX-2 and fascin and prognosis was analyzed in combination with clinical and follow-up data of patients.Results 42 patients(84%)expressed COX-2 positively and 44 patients(88%)expressed positively in fascin.The clinical characteristics of the patients were analyzed and compared with the expression of COX-2 and fascin,and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Of the 50 patients with CHL,19 died by the end of follow-up,and the 3-year OS rate was 62%.The OS rate of positive expression in COX-2 and fascin was significantly lower than that in negative group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that positive COX-2 and fascin were independent factors affecting the prognosis of patients with CHL at 3 years(P<0.05).Conclusion COX-2 and fascin proteins are highly expressed in CHL,correlated with the prognosis of patients with CHL,and have a certain role in determining the prognosis of patients with CHL.
