摘要
为了探讨复合微生态制剂和甘露寡糖对断奶期犊牛生长性能、营养物质表观消化率和血清生化指标的影响,以50日龄荷斯坦母犊牛为研究对象,分为4组共32头,C组对照组,饲喂基础饲粮,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组犊牛,每日每头分别添加3 g甘露寡糖、3 g甘露寡糖+3 g复合微生态制剂、3 g复合微生态制剂,预饲期7 d,正式试验期20 d。结果表明:试验第1~10天,相比对照组,Ⅱ组犊牛平均日增重(ADG)和平均日采食量(ADMI)较对照组分别提高27.78%、16.08%(P<0.05);第20天时,Ⅱ组犊牛胸围显著高于对照组(P<0.05)且干物质(DM)的表观消化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);Ⅱ、Ⅲ组粗蛋白(CP)的表观消化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。整个试验期,各组犊牛血清白蛋白、球蛋白和总蛋白均未达到显著水平(P>0.05),但总蛋白含量有所增加。可见,在断奶前期犊牛饲粮中补充复合微生态制剂和甘露寡糖可以提高断奶犊牛的生长性能,降低料肉比,同时能提高断奶犊牛血清中总蛋白的含量。
This experiment mainly explored the effects of compound probiotics and mannose-oligosaccharides on the growth performance,apparent digestibility of nutrients and serum biochemical indexes of calves during weaning.A total of 32 fifty-day-old Holstein female calves were taken as the research object and divided into 4 groups which were bred separately.The control group C was fed basic diet;the calves of groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,and Ⅲ were supplemented with 3 g mannose oligosaccharide,3 g mannose oligosaccharide plus 3 g compound probiotics,and 3 g compound probiotics per calf per day.The pre-feeding period was 7 days,and the trial period was 20 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the average daily gain(ADG)and average daily feed intake(ADMI)of group Ⅱ were increased by 27.78% and 16.08%respectively(P<0.05)on the first to 10th days of the test;on the 20th day,the calf bust circumference of group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05)and the apparent digestibility of dry matter(DM)was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of crude protein(CP)in groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Throughout the test period,the calf serum albumin,globulin and total protein of each group did not reach significant levels(P>0.05),but the total protein content increased.It is concluded that the supplementation of compound probiotics and mannose-oligosaccharides in the pre-weaning calf diet can improve the growth performance of weaned calves,reduce the feed-to-meat ratio,and increase the total protein content in the serum of weaned calves.
