摘要
目的:分析胰腺癌疾病以及疼痛特点,评价高强度超声聚焦(HIFU)缓解患者疼痛方面的价值。方法:选择2019年1月~2020年5月本院诊治的胰腺癌疼痛疾病患者(n=80)为观察对象,经伦理委员会审核批准分组治疗,采取随机法。对照组与观察组胰腺癌患者各40例,分别采取吉西他滨化疗、HIFU治疗。比较2组受试患者的治疗情况,包括近期生活质量、疼痛缓解情况以及情绪状况。结果:治疗前2组胰腺癌患者的生活质量(按卡诺夫斯凯计分评分,KPS)接近(P>0.05),治疗后2组胰腺癌患者KPS评分改善、观察组KPS评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);组间治疗后疼痛缓解率比较,观察组90.00%明显高于对照组的60.00%(P<0.05);组间患者情绪状况以焦虑自评量表(Self-RatingAnxiety Scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(Self-RatingDepression Scale,SDS)评分。观察组患者评分(36.05±3.30、35.50±3.50)相较于对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:HIFU治疗胰腺癌近期效果显著,促进患者生活质量改善,有助于减轻患者疼痛,进而减轻患者的心理负担。
Objective:To analyze the characteristics of pancreatic cancer disease and pain,and to evaluate the value of high intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU)in alleviating pain in patients.Methods:The patients with painful pancreatic cancer(n=80)who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2019 to May 2020 were selected for group treatment after being reviewed and approved by the ethics committee,and randomized.There were 40 pancreatic cancer patients in the control group and observation group,respectively,and were treated with gemcitabine chemotherapy and HIFU.The treatment conditions of the two groups of patients were compared,including recent quality of life,pain relief,and emotional status.Results:Before treatment,the quality of life(Karnofsky score,KPS)of the two groups of pancreatic cancer patients was close(P>0.05).After treatment,the KPS scores of the two groups of pancreatic cancer patients improved,and the KPS scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);Comparison of pain relief rate between groups after treatment,90.00%in the observation group was significantly higher than 60.00%in the control group(P<0.05);The emotional status of patients between the groups was measured by the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and depression Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)score.The scores of patients in the observation group(36.05±3.30,35.50±3.50)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:HIFU has a significant short-term effect in the treatment of pancreatic cancer,promotes the improvement of the quality of life of patients,helps to reduce the pain of patients,and thereby reduces the psychological burden of patients.
