次氯酸化学消毒法联合柠檬酸热化学消毒法对血液透析机消毒质量及机器故障发生情况的影响 被引量:2

The Influence of Hypochlorous Acid Chemical Disinfection Method Combined with Citric Acid Thermochemical Disinfection Method on the Quality of Hemodialysis Machine Disinfection and the Occurrence of Machine Failure

摘要 目的:探究次氯酸化学消毒法联合柠檬酸热化学消毒法对血液透析机消毒质量及机器故障发生情况的影响。方法:将2021年5月~2022年10月医院使用的8台威高血液透析机,采用随机数字表法分为两组,即观察组(n=4台)和对照组(n=4台)。对照组实施柠檬酸热化学消毒法。观察组实施次氯酸化学消毒法联合柠檬酸热化学消毒法进行消毒。结果:观察组消毒后的菌落数为(5.27±1.39)CFU/mL明显低于对照组(18.64±2.01)CFU/mL,有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组合格率为100.00%,高于对照组的75.00%,有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的故障率为25.00%,明显低于对照组的100.00%,有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组消毒后的内毒素含量分别为(0.03±0.01)EU/mL,低于对照组的(0.46±0.11)EU/mL,观察组消毒效果明显高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组合格率为100.00%高于对照组的50.00%,观察组内毒素合格率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:使用次氯酸化学消毒法联合柠檬酸热化学消毒法在威高血液透析机的日常保养与维护过程中,威高血液透析机的消毒更加彻底,消毒效果更佳,并且还能够尽可能的避免因为消毒不彻底而带来的机器管道堵塞、漏血等故障问题,确保仪器能够正常运转的同时也保障了使用该设备患者的治疗安全性,对于肾功能衰竭需要实施血液透析的患者而言具有重要意义,值得参考。 Objective:To explore the effect of hypochlorite chemical disinfection combined with citric acid thermal chemical disinfection on the disinfection quality of hemodialysis machine and the occurrence of machine failure.Methods:8 Weigor hemodialysis machines used in the hospital from May 2021 to October 2022 were divided into two groups by random number table method,namely observation group(n=4)and control group(n=4).The control group was subjected to citric acid thermal chemical disinfection.The observation group was disinfected by hypochlorite chemical disinfection combined with citric acid thermal chemical disinfection.Results:The number of bacterial colonies in the observation group after disinfection was(5.27±1.39)CFU/mL significantly lower than that in the control group(18.64±2.01)CFU/mL,with statistical significance(P<0.05);The observed combination pass rate was 100.00%,higher than 75.00%of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);The failure rate of the observation group was 25.00%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(100.00%,P<0.05);The content of endotoxin in the observation group after disinfection was(0.03±0.01)EU/mL,lower than that in the control group(0.46±0.11)EU/mL,and the disinfection effect in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The qualified rate of the observation group was 100.00%higher than that of the control group(50.00%),and the qualified rate of endotoxin in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the daily maintenance and maintenance process of Weigor hemodialysis machine,the disinfection of Weigor hemodialysis machine is more thorough,the disinfection effect is better,and it can also avoid as far as possible the machine pipe blockage,blood leakage and other problems caused by incomplete disinfection.To ensure the normal operation of the instrument,it also guarantees the treatment safety of patients using the equipment,which is of great significance for patients with renal failure who need hemodialysis and is worth referring to.
