分光光度法测定土壤阳离子交换量的方法改良 被引量:1

摘要 为了提高不同类型土壤中有效态CEC测定的准确度,针对HJ 889—2017标准中三氯化六氨合钴浸提-分光光度法测定土壤中CEC的不足,对空白试样的制备、土壤试样及浸提液的取样量、离心取清液进行了适当改良处理。实验结果证明,本次改良对不同有机质含量的酸性、中性和石灰性土壤的CEC测定结果更准确,且可减少试剂的消耗。改良后本法可适用于各类型土壤大批量测定阳离子交换量。 In order to improve the accuracy of the determination of effective CEC in different types of soil,in response to the shortcomings of the HJ 889-2017 standard for the determination of CEC in soil by cobalt trichloride leaching spectrophotometry,appropriate improvements were made to the preparation of blank samples,the sampling amount of soil samples and extracts,and the centrifugation of clear solution.The experimental results demonstrate that the CEC measurement results of acidic,neutral,and calcareous soils with different organic matter contents are more accurate and can reduce reagent consumption.After improvement,this method can be applied to large-scale determination of cation exchange capacity in various types of soil.
