摘要
科技金融对促进技术创新、推进民营经济高质量发展发挥着重要的作用。文章基于2011—2020年A股上市民营企业数据,使用熵值法与半参数估计法分别测算科技金融投入与民营经济高质量发展指标,运用双向固定效应及中介效应两种模型,实证检验科技金融投入、技术创新与民营经济高质量发展的作用关系,并且通过了稳健性检验。研究表明:科技金融投入能够推动民营经济高质量发展;在科技金融投入影响民营经济高质量发展中,技术创新起到部分中介作用。文章还提出加大科技金融投入力度、激励民营企业技术创新等政策建议。
Scientific and technological finance plays an important role in advancing technological innovation and promoting the high-quality development of private economy.Based on the data of A-share listed private enterprises from 2011 to 2020,this paper uses entropy method and semi parametric estimation method to calculate the indicators of the input of scientific and technological finance and high-quality development of private economy respectively.Using two-way fixed effect and intermediary effect models,this paper empirically tests the relationship between the input of scientific and technological finance,technological innovation and high-quality development of private economy,and passes the robustness test.The research shows:the input of scientific and technological finance can promote the high-quality development of private economy;Technological innovation plays an intermediary role in the impact of the input of scientific and technological finance on the high-quality development of private economy.This paper also puts forward some policy suggestions,such as increasing the input of scientific and technological finance and encouraging technological innovation of private enterprises.
