摘要
六溴环十二烷(HBCD)是一种高效的添加型阻燃剂,广泛应用于聚苯乙烯类建筑保温材料中,由于其对人类和环境具有潜在的长期危害,目前已被禁止使用。分别从新型阻燃技术及阻燃剂、新型保温材料2个方面阐述了近年来HBCD在建筑保温材料中的替代情况。目前,大分子溴化SBS阻燃剂已实现工业化生产和应用,采用有机改性、微胶囊化和元素杂化协同的方法提升磷系阻燃剂的阻燃性能,二维纳米阻燃剂组成结构易调变,可从分子水平进行设计,具有较大的发展潜力,但是,制备仍较困难。新型无机保温材料性能优异,防火性较好,但是,存在成本高、吸水性大等问题。最后,对建筑保温材料中HBCD的替代面临的问题和挑战进行了展望。
Hexabromocyclododecanes(HBCD)is an efficient additive flame retardant,which is widely used in polystyrene building insulation materials.It is currently banned due to its potential long-term hazard to humans and the environment.The research status of the replacement of HBCD in building thermal insulation materials in recent years is expounded from the aspects of new flame retardant technology,flame retardant and new thermal insulation material.At present,SBS brominated flame retardants have been produced and used on an industrial scale.Phosphorous flame retardants can improve their flame retardancy through organic modification,microencapsulation and element hybridization.The composition and structure of two-dimensional nano flame retardants are easily adjustable and can be designed from the molecular level,which has great potential,but the preparation problem needs to be overcome.The new inorganic thermal insulation material has excellent performance and good fire resistance,but it also has some problems such as high cost and high water absorption.Finally,the problems and challenges faced by the replacement of HBCD in building thermal insulation materials areprospected.
