摘要
创伤完全性脊髓损伤是一种极为严重的致瘫性疾患,其往往由于巨大的直接或间接暴力致伤,伤后患者脊髓损伤节段以下神经支配区域运动功能全部丧失且大多伴随肢体神经痛,给患者带来极大的生理及心理负担。令人惋惜的是目前尚无有效手段重建受损脊髓节段传导功能,此时应积极采取相应治疗措施努力改善患者生活质量,帮助患者重建生存信心。随着现代康复医疗技术的迅速发展及中医药潜能的进一步发掘,出现了一些较为新颖的生理心理干预方式及康复理念,本文就创伤低位椎体节段完全性脊髓损伤发生后的一些干预治疗进展做一综述。
Traumatic complete spinal cord injury is a very serious paralytic disease,which is often caused by huge direct or indirect violence.After the injury,the motor function of the innervated area below the spinal cord injury segment is completely lost and mostly accompanied by limb nerves.Pain brings great physical and psychological burden to patients.It is a pity that there is no effective method to reconstruct the conduction function of damaged spinal cord segments.At this time,corresponding treatment measures should be actively taken to improve the quality of life of patients and help patients rebuild their confidence in survival.With the rapid development of modern rehabilitation medical technology and the further exploration of the potential of traditional Chinese medicine,some relatively novel physiological and psychological intervention methods and rehabilitation concepts have emerged.This article Summary the progress of intervention and treatment after traumatic low level vertebral segment complete spinal cord injury.
