摘要
医院文化是新时代推动公立医院高质量发展的软实力和内驱力,医院文化无处不在,贯穿于医疗救治的整个过程,是医院的核心竞争力,是医院可持续发展的不竭动力。文章以天津市某三甲医院的实践为例,从打造党建文化、制度文化、服务文化、有爱文化、品牌文化、物质文化和安全文化七个方面阐述公立医院文化建设的可实施路径。
Hospital culture is the soft power and driving force to promote the high-quality development of public hospitals in the new era.Hospital culture is ubiquitous and runs through the whole process of medical treatment.It is the core competitiveness of a hospital and the inexhaustible driving force for its sustainable development.This paper takes the practice of a tertiary hospital in Tianjin as an example to expound the implementable path of the cultural construction form seven aspects,including Party building culture,system culture,service culture,love culture,brand culture,material culture and safety culture.
