摘要
目的:观察脑卒中后吞咽障碍应用脑电仿生电刺激、神经肌肉电刺激与吞咽康复训练同步治疗的效果。方法:选择2021年7月—2022年12月广东祈福医院康复科病房收治的80例脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍患者,按照随机数表法分为观察组(n=40)与对照组(n=40),对照组给予吞咽康复训练结合神经肌肉电刺激干预,观察组以对照组为基础同步脑电仿生电刺激,两组均规律治疗4周,比较两组干预前后吞咽功能障碍评分。结果:干预后,两组洼田饮水试验分级优于干预前,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组标准吞咽功能评估量表(SSA)、进食评估问卷调查(EAT-10)评分低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑电仿生电刺激联合神经肌肉电刺激、吞咽康复训练同步治疗对脑卒中后吞咽障碍有积极的作用,有利于提高干预效果。
Objective:To observe the effect of simultaneous treatment of dysphagia after stroke with bionic electrical stimulation,neuromuscular electrical stimulation and swallowing rehabilitation training.Method:A total of 80 patients with dysphagia after stroke who admitted to the Rehabilitation Ward of Clifford Hospital,Guangdong Province from July 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into the observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40)according to random number table method,the control group was given swallowing rehabilitation training combined with neuromuscular electrical stimulation intervention,and the observation group was given bionic electrical stimulation based on the control group,two groups were treated regularly for 4 weeks,the scores of swallowing dysfunction before and after intervention were compared between two groups.Result:After intervention,the drinking water test grading of two groups were better than those before intervention,and the observation group was better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the standardized swallowing assessment(SSA)scores and eating assessment tool-10(EAT-10)scores of two groups were lower than before intervention,and the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bionic electrical stimulation combined with neuromuscular electrical stimulation and swallowing rehabilitation training have a positive effect on patients with dysphagia after stroke,which is conducive to improving the intervention effect.
