摘要
由于生活方式以及饮食结构的改变,使得现代人群患痛风性关节炎的风险逐渐加大,急性期发作时以关节红、肿、热、痛为主要临床表现,西医治疗主要是以口服西药为主,但长期服用副作用较大。而彝药外治具有疗效好且副作用小的特点。团队选用彝医水膏药“彝大追风膏”在临床上治疗急性期痛风性关节炎,是将药膏涂于敷贴直接敷于患处,以达到清热通络、消肿止痛的功效,操作简单方便,直接作用于病灶,取得了较好的疗效。
Due to changes in lifestyle and diet structure,the risk of gout arthritis in modern people is gradually increasing.In the acute phase,the main clinical manifestations are joint redness,swelling,heat and pain.Conservative treatment in Western medicine is mainly based on oral western medicine,but long-term use of western medicine has great side effects.The external treatment of Yi medicine has the characteristics of good curative effect and small side effects.Our team used Yi medicine water Plaster“Yi Da Zhui Femg Ointment”to treat acute gouty arthritis clinically.It is to apply the plaster directly to the affected part to achieve the effect of clearing heat,clearing collaterals,reducing swelling and relieving pain.The operation is simple and convenient,and it directly acts on the focus,and has achieved a good therapeutic effect.
