摘要
低蛋白氨基酸平衡是养猪业中不可或缺的一种日粮模式,以理想蛋白质和氨基酸平衡为理论基础,在不影响生长性能的前提下,将日粮中粗蛋白质水平从NRC(1998)推荐水平的基础上降低2%~4%,同时合理添加合成氨基酸来满足畜禽的需要。与传统日粮相比,低蛋白氨基酸平衡日粮具有提高蛋白利用效率、节约饲料成本、提高动物生产性能、改善动物肠道健康、提高肉品质、降低环境污染等优点。文章从低蛋白氨基酸平衡日粮对猪的生长性能、氮排泄、肠道菌群、肉品质这四个方面的影响研究进展进行综述,为低蛋白氨基酸平衡日粮在猪生产中的应用提供理论参考。
Low protein amino acid balance is an indispensable dietary pattern in pig industry.Based on the ideal protein and amino acid balance,without affecting the growth performance,the crude protein level in the diet was reduced by 2%~4%from the recommended level of NRC(1998),and the synthetic amino acids were reasonably added to meet the needs of livestock and poultry amino acids.Compared with the traditional diet,low protein amino acid balanced diet has the advantages of improving protein utilization efficiency,saving feed cost,improving animal production performance,improving animal intestinal health,improving meat quality and reducing environmental pollution.The effects of low protein amino acid balanced diet on growth performance,nitrogen excretion,intestinal flora and meat quality of pigs were reviewed in this paper,aimed to provide theoretical reference for the application of low protein amino acid balanced diet in pig production.
