服装共享平台特征对消费者接受意愿的影响

摘要 可持续发展战略背景下,共享经济实践在各行业井喷式发展。服装共享在有效整合服装资源和减少闲置衣物浪费的基础上,又给消费者提供更多的体验和尝试。为促进共享模式在服装行业发展,文章以服装共享的平台特征为研究对象,在文献梳理基础上,构建共享平台特征的影响因素和接受意愿理论模型。基于问卷调研数据,采用因子分析和回归分析,验证其之间的关系和影响。研究发现:平台规模感知、平台产品信息、平台网页设计、平台导航系统和平台优势均正向影响共享平台接受意愿;感知有用性和满意度在服装共享平台的影响因素与接受意愿中有正向中介作用,根据研究结论从平台规模感知、平台产品信息、平台网页设计、平台导航系统和平台优势5个平台特征角度提出对策,为服装共享平台发展提供实践启示。 Under the background of sustainable development strategy,the practice of sharing economy is developing explosively in various industries.On the basis of effectively integrating clothing resources and reducing the waste of idle clothing,clothing sharing provides consumers with more experiences and attempts.In order to promote the development of the sharing model in the clothing industry,this paper takes the platform characteristics of clothing sharing as the research object,and builds a theoretical model of the influencing factors and acceptance willingness of sharing platform characteristics on the basis of literature review.Based on the questionnaire data,factor analysis and regression analysis were used to verify the relationship and influence between them.The study found that platform scale perception,platform product information,platform web design,platform navigation system and platform advantages all positively affect the willingness to accept sharing platforms.Meanwhile,perceived usefulness and satisfaction have a positive impact on the influencing factors and willingness to accept clothing sharing platforms.According to the research conclusions,this paper puts forward countermeasures from the perspective of five platform characteristics,platform scale perception,platform product information,platform web design,platform navigation system and platform advantages,and provides practical inspiration for the development of clothing sharing platform.
