摘要
基于“压力-状态-响应”(PSR)模型,构建起南通市水生态安全评价体系,利用变异系数法进行测度与分析,并依据水生态安全综合得分划分等级。结果表明:2015~2020年南通市水生态安全发展水平呈现M型发展态势,研究期内南通市水生态安全基本处于一般状态。各子系统对水生态安全贡献呈现“压力子系统—状态子系统—响应子系统”依次递减阶梯式分布,农业用水情况与工业废水治理项目投资额指标权重位于首位。据此,提出相关对策建议,以提升南通市水生态安全水平。
Based on the“pressure-state-response”(PSR)model,the water ecological security evaluation system of Nantong city was constructed,measured and analyzed by the variation coefficient method,and classified according to the comprehensive score of water ecological security.The results show that the development level of water ecological security in Nantong city from 2015 to 2020 presents an M type development trend,and the water ecological security in Nantong city is basically in a general state during the study period.The contribution of each subsystem to water ecological security presents a stepwise distribution of “pressure subsystem-state subsystem-response subsystem”,with agricultural water use and industrial wastewater treatment project investment ranking first.Based on this,relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the water ecological security level of Nantong city.
