摘要
目的探讨比塔派克斯糊剂治疗难治性根尖周炎患者的效果。方法68例难治性根尖周炎患者,采用Excel抽样法分为对照组和观察组,每组34例。两组患者均进行根管术治疗,对照组采用氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂进行根管填充,观察组采用比塔派克斯糊剂进行根管填充。对比两组患者临床疗效,手术前后疼痛评分。结果观察组患者经过治疗后,显效21例,有效12例,无效1例,总有效率为97.06%;对照组患者经过治疗后,显效17例,有效11例,无效6例,总有效率为82.35%;观察组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前,观察组患者的疼痛评分为(78.51±3.42)分,对照组患者的疼痛评分为(78.63±3.38)分,两组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后1周,两组患者的疼痛评分均较术前降低,观察组患者的疼痛评分(12.53±2.14)分低于对照组的(24.87±2.11)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在难治性根尖周炎患者行根管治疗时,比塔派克斯糊剂效果优于氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂,可在临床大力推广。
Objective To discuss the effect of Vitapex paste in the treatment of refractory apical periodontitis.Methods A total of 68 patients with refractory apical periodontitis were divided into a control group and an observation group using Excel sampling method,with 34 patients in each group.Both groups were treated with endodontics.The control group received calcium hydroxide iodoform paste for root canal filling,and the observation group received Vitapex paste for root canal filling.The clinical efficacy and pain scores before and after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,in the observation group,21 cases were significantly effective,12 cases were effective,and 1 case was ineffective,with a total effective rate of 97.06%;in the control group,17 patients were significantly effective,11 cases were effective,and 6 cases were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 82.35%.The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before surgery,the pain score in the observation group was(78.51±3.42)points and that of the control group was(78.63±3.38)points,and the difference was not statistically significant between the two groups(P>0.05).At 1 week after surgery,the pain scores in both groups were lower than those before surgery in this group,and the pain score of(12.53±2.14)points in the observation group was lower than that of(24.87±2.11)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Vitapex paste is better than calcium hydroxide iodoform paste in root canal therapy for patients with refractory apical periodontitis,which can be vigorously promoted in clinical practice.
